What we collect
When you use the consultation request form, we collect only what you type into it: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, an optional description of your relationship to the person needing care, how soon you need help, and your summary of the situation.
We ask you not to send detailed medical records, insurance or Social Security numbers, financial account details, or anything urgent. This form is not a secure medical records channel and is not monitored around the clock. If there is an emergency, call 911.
How your inquiry is delivered
Submitting the form sends your message as an email to Carson Eldercare. Email delivery is handled by Resend, a third-party email delivery service, which processes the message in order to send it. The message is then stored in the recipient's ordinary email mailbox.
The website does not maintain a customer database, an account system, or a stored copy of your inquiry beyond that email.

- To keep a record of our correspondence with you, as any professional would
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or unrelated marketing.
Data minimization
We ask for the smallest amount of information needed to reply. Fields beyond your name, email, timing, and summary are optional. If you would rather not use the form at all, you can call or email directly.
Analytics
If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are enabled on this site, they are used only to understand aggregate traffic patterns — such as how many people viewed a page. They are not used to build profiles of individuals and are not linked to your consultation inquiry.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to what is required for the site to function.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
